Honestly, I don’t know who gets more excited about camp – my daughter or myself. It’s a warm and fuzzy feeling when you can give your child experiences you were not afforded as a child.

Thank you, Lake Nixon, for your kindness, for instilling good values and morals in my daughter while she is at camp, and for creating an inclusive, safe, and FUN atmosphere where she can spend a few weeks of her summer. There is no doubt in my mind that you are creating lifelong memories and making positive impacts on my daughter.

We are so grateful to the more than 100 individual donors whose gifts made camp possible for many in 2024. This past year:

• 125 different campers (almost 1 in 5) received a “campership” (financial assistance) for at least one week of camp,
• Many more camper families were able to pay an optional, lower (subsidized) tuition rate.
